These Terms of Service govern your use of the training, certification, and placement services provided by Iron Phoenix LLC, operating as “CSM Collective.” By accessing our content, courses, or placement support, you agree to these terms in full.

2. Services Provided

We offer digital training and consulting services to individuals seeking to become Client Success Managers. Services may include:

On-demand training modules, Live or recorded coaching sessions, Certification assessments, Placement support (non-guaranteed)

These services are provided for educational and professional development purposes only and do not constitute job offers or employment.

3. No Employment Relationship

Enrolling in any CSM Collective training or placement support program does not establish an employee-employer relationship with Iron Phoenix LLC. All placements are made as independent contractor opportunities.

4. Payments & Refunds

All payments are final. We do not offer refunds unless explicitly stated in your specific service agreement.

Refunds may only be issued under limited conditions:

You have completed all training, passed certification, and actively participated in placement efforts, and we are unable to place you within 90 days of your certification date

Chargebacks or unauthorized disputes will result in account suspension and potential legal action.

5. Use of Materials

All content, frameworks, videos, documents, and training materials provided by CSM Collective are the intellectual property of Iron Phoenix LLC. These materials may not be shared, copied, resold, or distributed without written consent.

6. User Conduct

You agree to use our programs responsibly. You may not:

Misrepresent your background or qualifications, Disrupt training sessions or community forums, Solicit or harass other members or business partners.

Violation of these rules may result in termination of access with no refund.

7. Privacy

We collect limited personal information (name, email, phone) to deliver our services and communicate with you.

We do not share or sell your data to third parties.

8. Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Ohio.

Any disputes must be resolved via binding arbitration in Ohio, prior to any legal proceedings.

You waive the right to participate in any class-action lawsuits against the Company.
